8.   In case of non-delivery or late delivery due to any unavoidable reasons like technical glitches or a mistake by the user (i.e. writing or incomplete name or address or recipient not available), any extra charges incurred for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the requests.

“Agreement” means the terms and conditions as detailed herein including all schedules, appendices, annexure, privacy policy, and will include the references to this Agreement as amended, supplemented, varied, or replaced from time to time. “User”/ “You” means and includes you and/or any person or an entity including using or accessing the services provided on this Site. “Site” means the online platform provided by Abhinav Prakashan and the partnered payment gateway which provides a venue to the users of ABHINAV PRAKASHAN to buy the products/services listed on www.abhinavprakashan.com.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into legal bond and have the requisite authority to bind the other party to this “Agreement.” You shall not use this “Site” if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Relationship

Cancellation of order

Force Majeure

Modification of Terms & Conditions of Services  
Abhinavprakashan.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement, we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on Abhinavprakashan.com. You can access the latest version of the User Agreement at any given time on Abhinavprakashan.com. You should regularly review the User Agreement on Abhinavprakashan.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the services. However, if you continue to use the services you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
